What are the hours of operation?
The Fair hours are:
Friday, October 2, 2026 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday, October 3, 2026 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday, October 4, 2026 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What is the admission fee?
Parking is $5 per person or $10 per car per day. This is the only admission fee.
Where should I park?
This year, general parking will be in the remote parking lot on the Landhope property off of 926 east of the Yellow House entrance. Follow the electronic signs.
The Yellow House entrance will be closed to fairgoers.
There will be two DuVall buses running during Fair hours to transport fairgoers. There is also a walking path for those who want to get their steps in. (Walking the route takes around 10 minutes.)
For handicapped, vendor, and volunteer parking, enter the Landhope Farms store parking lot off of 926. Turn right to go onto the fairgrounds, and parking attendants will direct you.
How do I sign up to share my crafts?
Complete and submit the Craft Vendor Application.
Do you need more volunteers?
Volunteers are always needed and appreciated. Learn more about volunteer opportunities.
How do I enter?
See page 29 in the catalogfor the entry form. Each person needs their own entry form(s). Before bringing your entries to the Fair on Entry Day, please do your best to figure out which department, section, and class your item fits into. If you have any questions, there will be volunteers during Entry Day who can help.
What to enter?
Look through the Fair catalog. You can enter everything from your art projects to photographs, vegetables, baked goods, and much more!
When to enter?
A majority of general entries must be entered on Wed, September 30, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Adult Group Exhibits, Baked Goods, and Special PA State Baking Contests have different entry times. Please refer to the catalog to confirm when to bring in these items.
Where to enter?
Enter at the Exhibit Barn! When coming to the fairgrounds, please use the Route 82 entrance and follow the parking directions.
What will I win if I enter?
You will win a ribbon and a small cash amount for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd places.
When do I pick up prizes and entries?
PA State regulations require that all entries must remain in their place until 4:30 PM on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Otherwise, the Fair is at risk of losing our status with the PA Department of Agriculture. Exhibitors are responsible for picking up their exhibits and premiums between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM on Sunday, October 4, 2026. If not claimed at that time, the premiums and exhibits become the property of the Unionville Community Fair, Inc.
What happens if it rains?
Held rain or shine, most exhibits are in tents. Some activities may be rescheduled. Check at the Information Tent or on Facebook for updates.
How do I become a sponsor?

Can I bring my pet?
Only ADA-identified and compliant service animals are allowed on the fairgrounds.
